We are a family who has been producing wine for over fifty years.
Now, in our third generation, we set a well-defined goal: producing unique wines in order to represent our vision of this land, without getting caught up in the styles and trends of the moment.
OUR HISTORY

Giuseppe Inama starts to work as enologist. - 1965
Purchase of the first plot of land on Monte Foscarino. - 1991
Stefano Inama, Giuseppe’s son, enters the company. The first bottles are produced under the initial Vulcaia Fumè label. The Soave is introduced next. - 1992
The new label Vigneti di Foscarino Soave Classico Superiore is produced. - 1996
Production of red wines on the Berici Hills begins with a focus on the Carmenere variety. - 1997
The red label Bradisismo is produced, our first wine from Colli Berici. - 2009
Inama produced the first DOC label “Colli Berici Carmenere riserva” in history, with the wine Oratorio di San Lorenzo. - 2010
Matteo Inama, Stefano’s son enters the company. - 2012
Inama purchases the vineyards of Villa del Ferro Lazzarini. The merlot Campo del Lago is reborn. - 2016

Taylor Fladgate Vintage Port.
Impressive purple-black core with a narrow purple rim. An intense burst of powerful woodland fruit, a dense coulis blackberry and blackcurrant, almost overwhelms the nose. The black fruit aromas are infused with discreet notes of cherry and mocha. As would be expected of Taylor’s, the fruit is very fine and focused, but the year seems to have given it an additional layer of density and weight. A familiar veil of violet scent hangs over the wine, together with a fragrance of rose petal and wild, minty herbal aromas.
On the palate, the wine has beautifully ripe tannins, which integrate perfectly into the mid-palate, providing both structure and volume, and then break out on the finish with a firm wiry, grip. The palate closes with a powerful tide of fresh, complex fruit flowing endlessly through the finish. In the 2018, the Taylor traits of fine fruit and inner power combine seamlessly with the ripeness and depth typical of the vintage.
Review:
This is an exceptional vintage, most unusually the third declared in a row from this producer. Intensely perfumed and richly structured with dark black fruits and concentrated tannins, it is set for seriously long-term aging. The power of the wine, based around the producer's Quinta da Vargellas, is magnificent. Drink this major Port from 2029.

Palacio de Fefinanes Albarino "III Ano" is made from 100 percent Albarino
The III Año shows all the expressiveness of the Albariño grape, with full nose of mature fruit and a mineral character. Complex and meaty with firm structure in the mouth, it promises a splendid evolution which will favor a long life for this elegant wine with personality.
Aged for 3 years on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
Wine is aged for a total of 6 months: 4 months in French and American Oak barrels. No new oak, only 1, 2 and 3 year old barriques. During these 4 months, wine is aged on the fine lees with frequent Batonnage (stirring of the lees) in order to get the most expressive notes from the Albarino varietal. Then, it is transfered into a stainless steel tank, which allows the oak aromas to be assimilated and integrated.
1583 is the birth date of the Viscount of Fefinanes, Gonzalo Sarmiento Valladares, builder of the Castle of Fefinanes, in Cambados. They wanted to pay tribute to their ancestor with this wine that managed to reach a perfect harmony between the fruitiness of the Albarino grape and the complexity brought by the oak aging.
