More pure framboise, minty flowers, and chalky minerality all define the aromatics of the 2023 Tavel La Dame Rousse, and this beauty is medium to full-bodied, with a pure, layered, seamless mouthfeel, flawless overall balance, and a great finish. The blend is 60% Grenache, 15% each of Cinsault and Syrah, and the balance Clairette, coming from a mix of three terroirs: pebbles, limestone, and sand.

It is made with 2/3 Unfermented sweet fruit juice (apple and pear) with 1/3 distilled alcohol at 51% ABV (Calvados).

Opus One 2017 is made from Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Petit Verdot 9%, Cabernet Franc 5%, Merlot 5% and Malbec 1%.

The Opus One 2017 offers a harmonious aromatic balance of rich dark fruit, stems of roses, and earthy forest floor. The juicy entry offers a round, silky mouthfeel with just enough acidity to complement the satin texture. This seductive wine shows flavors of black cassis, black cherry and a hint of cocoa powder. The fine-grained, plush tannins evolve into a long, supple finish.  A supremely age-worthy wine, it will delight now and for many years to come.

Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it slowly grows on the nose, revealing compelling notes of baked black cherries, mulberries, black raspberries, warm cassis and blackberry pie with nuances of spice cake, yeast extract, tapenade, licorice and dusty soil with a waft of wild sage. The Opus One 2018 offers profuse aromas of blackberry, cassis, and black cherry. Elegant notes of violets, white pepper and rose petals follow and together they deliver a very seductive bouquet. The seamlessly layered flavors build to a crescendo of fresh and juicy black-fruit, accented with hints of orange zest, licorice and dark chocolate. Beautifully balanced, the smooth round tannins and fresh acidity combine to create a soft, creamy mouthfeel and extend the flavors into a long persistent finish.

Ornato Rosso is made from 60% Merlot, 35% Corvina, 5% Negroamaro.

Intense purple color, tending towards amber with ageing. The oak aging gives pleasant notes of spices and vanilla. This wine has a very solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and the balance between soft tannins and acidity.

Traditional red wine vinification at a controlled temperature. The harvest is carried out in two different times. After the hand-harvest, grapes are pressed, and fermentation starts. The skins are left in the must for a long period to extract flavors and the characteristic ruby red color. Aged in oak for 3 to 4 months

Complex on the nose, offering a blend of ripe red berries, nutty minerals, orange-peel and spice. Some savory, almost meaty notes, too. Full, compact and intense, yet there’s a graceful feel to the palate, thanks to the really fine web of tannin. Super polish and promise here. Classy. Needs some time.

Reverdy Jean Sancerre Rouge is mader from 100% Pinot Noir

The wine is spicy and juicy with cherry aromas, and proves the point that power is not necessary for a fine wine.

Intense ruby red color with purple tints.
On the nose, the wine shows some intense notes of red fruits, especially cherry and slight hints of oak.
In the mouth, it has a good structure, great softness and it is pleasant to drink. Predominant notes of red fruits, with slight spiciness.

Pair with first courses with game, grilled meats, fresh and aged cheeses such as pecorino.
