The Bucatini Estate
Bucatini is a collaboration between veteran winemaker Philip Zorn and longtime wine executive Brent Shortridge.
Bucatini is a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the centre. The name comes from Italian: buco, meaning "hole", while bucato means "pierced".
The Vineyard
Grapes were sourced from mature vines in Lodi, Sonoma, Amador County and the Central Coast.
